Affectionately known as “The Squishys”—named after our legendary mascot—these awards celebrate the heartbeat of the Irish tech ecosystem. We are once again looking to honor those rare individuals who embody the true spirit of ShipItCon: the people who consistently give back, actively lift others up, and serve as a positive force for everyone around them.
What are we looking for? We want your nominations for the role models who thrive on helping others. Whether they are mentors, community builders, or “unsung heroes” navigating the friction of the industry with grace, we want to shine a spotlight on them.
