Talk Title: Failure Happens
Synopsis: In this talk I’ll share a handful of personal examples where myself and others have had to deal with failures and work within the confines of faulty systems, and how simple habits and a few guiding principles helped us turn otherwise embarrassing situations into valuable, and sometimes comical, lessons.
